Purpose of the eMill Mail application

The eMill Mail application is exclusively used to obtain a Google authentication token necessary for the functioning of the Windows^® eMill application. This token will be used exclusively by the eMill application installed on client workstations to send or receive emails from these workstations.

Data Processing and Storage

1. The eMill Mail application does not collect, store, or share any personal data from the user's Google account.
2. The authentication token obtained through eMill Mail is never stored or retained by the eMill Mail application or by our company Active+ Software. This token is directly transferred to and managed by the Windows^® eMill application on the user's workstation.

Security

Although the eMill Mail application does not directly store or process personal data or tokens, Active+ Software company is committed to ensuring that the token retrieval process complies with all security standards required by Google.

Third-party Access

The eMill Mail application does not share any information or tokens with third parties, except for the direct and single transmission to the eMill application on the client workstation.
