ClipMill is a lightweight Windows clipboard utility that helps you clean, transform and inspect copied text. It can keep a local clipboard history, apply common text conversions and show clipboard content in text or hex view.

It is especially useful for developers, system administrators and power users who frequently work with encoded data, logs, configuration files, source code, APIs and other text-based content.

The application runs without an installer: copy it to a folder, run it, and optionally enable startup from the settings.

Clipboard history may contain sensitive data. Stored history is encrypted for the current Windows user. Use the Clear History command when needed; it also deletes the local history file.

In its current version, ClipMill is focused on text clipboard content and does not process images copied to the clipboard.
